- Business data you enter: invoices, purchase invoices, payments, transactions, comments, and similar records you or your team add to Flow or Report.
- Basic usage data needed to operate the site (such as page visits), collected through privacy-focused website analytics.
How we use it
Solely to provide and operate FinoPilo for your firm — displaying your records, calculating statuses and reports, and supporting your account. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the infrastructure providers we rely on to run the service (such as our hosting and database provider). We don't share your business data with other third parties.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active. If you close your account, contact us and we'll help with export or deletion.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. If you're part of a firm, note that some records may also be visible to other members of that firm as part of normal use of the product.
Cookies & analytics
This website uses privacy-focused analytics that don't rely on tracking cookies. We don't run advertising trackers.
