Plan the work the way you plan the money.
Task Plan is a board for the work behind the books — client onboarding, collections follow-ups, month-end close. Boards, buckets, and cards you drag between them, plus a My Tasks list that pulls every assignment into one place.

The work behind the books needs the same visibility as the money does.
Flow tracks what's owed and what's paid, but a firm's actual week is full of work that never shows up on an invoice — onboarding a new client, chasing a document, closing the month. Task Plan gives that work a place to live, inside the same product you already use for the numbers, instead of a separate to-do app nobody checks.
What it will do
Boards for the work, built the way Flow is built for the money.
Boards & cards
- As many boards as your firm needs, each with its own buckets
- Drag a card between buckets as work moves — To do, In progress, Done
Ownership & deadlines
- Every card carries a due date, a priority, a checklist, and an owner
- My Tasks gathers what's assigned to you across every board, in one list
Visibility
- Charts showing what's overdue and who's carrying the most work
Key objects
The building blocks Task Plan is designed around.
- Board
- A workspace for one area of work — client onboarding, month-end close, or anything else your firm tracks.
- Bucket
- A stage within a board, such as To do, In progress, or Done. Cards move between buckets as work progresses.
- Card
- A single task, carrying a due date, priority, checklist, and owner.
- My Tasks
- A personal list pulling in every card assigned to you, regardless of which board it's on.
Task Plan is still being built.
