Using FinoPilo

These terms cover your use of FinoPilo Flow and FinoPilo Report (together, "FinoPilo"). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your data

You own the business data you enter into FinoPilo — your invoices, transactions, and records. We don't claim ownership over it, and you can request an export or deletion at any time.

Billing

Current pricing is published on our Pricing page. Billing details and any changes to your plan are handled directly with us — contact us with billing questions.

Acceptable use

• Don't use FinoPilo for anything illegal or for data you don't have the right to enter.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Don't share your account access outside your own team.

Availability

FinoPilo is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't currently guarantee a specific uptime commitment.

Ending your account

You can stop using FinoPilo and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may also suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
